Salary: MPS and UPS Pay Scales (Inner/Outer London)

At Clarus Education, we are currently recruiting for Physics Teachers across Southwest London for various schools and are looking for ECTs as well as Experienced Teachers.
If you are soon to be a qualified Physics Teacher or an Experienced Physics Teacher and have handed in your notice ahead of the resignation deadline, then we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated Physics lessons for KS3-KS5 pupils
* Develop and implement various concepts related to Science (Physics)
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a safe and supportive learning environment
* Monitor and assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching strategies as necessary
* Work collaboratively with other members of the Science Department such as other Science Teachers and Science Technicians
* Engage with parents and carers to communicate progress and home learning
The Ideal Candidate:
* Must hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Have experience teaching KS3-KS5 pupils, including delivering GCSE & A-Level Physics
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Be committed to continuous professional development and the wider school community
* Show a genuine passion for inclusive education and supporting all students to achieve their true potential
