Location: Dover (Hybrid) Contract: Permanent Salary: £24,603 - Increasing to £27,700 following successful completion of a 6 months probation period Closing Date: 13 January 2025 The role Part of the Quality team, the MSVC Quality Administrator is an exciting and fulfilling role at Migrant Help. You will provide support to the Modern Day Slavery (MDS) Quality Officers in gathering data, creating reports and following up on actions. This role will help to ensure reports, forms, complaints and process documents are correctly completed by the MDS teams within the required timeframes. This will be done by reviewing these reports and forms, completing trend analysis and providing feedback and support to operational managers and the Quality team where needed. If you have a keen eye for detail, the ability to identify trends with demonstrable problem solving skills, and are looking for an exciting role that makes a difference, we’d love to hear from you Role responsibilities Gathering and analysing client feedback to identify actions required and prepare trend analysis report. Compiling the data from various monitoring forms into one database to allow easy reporting and trend analysis. Following up on corrective actions with the relevant team. Completing checks on KPI data, reviewing the KPI reports that come through, monitoring KPI compliance, gathering data for mitigations and report on findings. Supporting the relevant teams with responding to complaints as required. Supporting the teams with writing process documents. Maintain actions logs to support delivery of continuous improvement activities. Organise, set-up and take notes/minutes for relevant meetings. Prepare and distribute papers for meetings in advance, as required. Completing checks on any incidents logged to ensure they are correctly logged in the CRM system, as per contract requirements. Conduct quality checks on various forms, to ensure they are completed correctly. Feedback any issues identified to the relevant party and provide support to ensure issues do not reoccur. Review data to monitor quality performance indicators.
