Band 4 ESR Forms Team Coordinator, Permanent, 37.5 hours per week
Our HR/People Services Directorate has an exciting opportunity to work within the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) Services team, to be at the forefront of system development, engagement and data management.

Main duties of the job
We are looking for an enthusiastic database administrator to lead, support and provide day to day supervision to a team of ESR administrators and who shares our Trust values of kindness, respect, collaboration and ambition.
This role will involve supporting a team of ESR Systems Assistants responsible for data input into the ESR System including new starters, leavers and terminations. You will also be responsible for acting as a point of escalation for the team, investigating queries and complaints, service development, reporting/analytics, systems administration, project management and much more.
This is a great opportunity to develop transferable skills, whilst supporting our front line services, and working collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation to provide an efficient and effective service. Our team is friendly, supportive and receives great feedback from our customers.
The role requires use of web based systems, including ESR (Electronic Staff Record) and Microsoft Office applications. Full training on our systems will be provided to the successful candidate.

Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent or level of knowledge
Knowledge
* Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite
* Knowledge of oracle based systems
* Knowledge of Electronic Staff Record (ESR)
Skills
* Work methodically with accuracy ensuring attention to detail
* The ability to identify opportunities to improve processes; adapt the processes and implement the changes effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including communicating complex and sensitive information to staff and managers relating to pay
* Well-developed organisation skills
* Proven customer service skills, including the ability to respond appropriately to challenging customers.
* Ability to work flexibly and to deadlines whilst under pressure, balancing conflicting workloads and being able to respond to frequent interruptions to deal with team and customer queries
