Job Description
Reebok EU is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Business Planner Manager to take ownership of revenue planning and forecasting.
In this pivotal role, you will lead the development of accurate sales forecasts, manage trade terms, and deliver actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
We’re looking for a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, a commercial mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Revenue Planning & Forecasting: Lead the end-to-end revenue planning process, ensuring timely and accurate projections. Work closely with Sales, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to align forecasts with overall business targets.
2. Order Book Management: Monitor and manage the order book to ensure visibility, accuracy, and alignment with commercial objectives.
3. Trade Terms Oversight: Manage on- and off-invoice trade terms in collaboration with Sales and Finance, ensuring profitability and compliance.
4. Analytics & Insights: Generate insights through detailed reporting and analytics, including seasonal performance reviews and sell-out data analysis.
5. Gross-to-Net Analysis: Conduct gross-to-net margin analysis to assess profitability and identify opportunities to improve margin performance.
6. Market Intelligence: Gather and analyse seasonal sell-out data to support strategic planning and identify growth opportunities.
Skills and Experience Required:
1. 3–5+ years experience in a planning, merchandising, sales operations, or finance role (within fashion/footwear)
2. Background in fashion retail, sportswear, or lifestyle brands is highly valued
3. Experience working with wholesale/B2B channels
4. Previous exposure to seasonal buying calendars, sell-in/sell-out cycles, and go-to-market processes
5. Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
Good to have (though not necessary):
1. Experience working in a matrixed or regional/global structure
2. Familiarity with market trends in fashion or footwear
3. Past work with key retailers (e.g., JD Sports, ASOS, Zalando, Foot Locker)
4. Ability to work in fast-paced, trend-driven environments with shifting priorities.
Location: London
Salary: Excellent salary depending on experience plus annual bonus, staff discount, and pension contribution
Holidays: 33 days (including Bank Holidays).
