Responsibilities: Use JazzHR to create and optimize job postings, analyzing performance and adjusting strategies as needed Proactively source and screen candidates through phone pre-screening Conduct first-round interviews and determine candidate suitability Forward qualified candidates to the final interview with leadership Maintain organized records of applicants and track recruitment metrics Assist with light administrative tasks related to recruiting and onboarding Requirements: Proven experience in recruiting (insurance or sales industry preferred) Strong administrative skills and ability to multitask Familiarity with JazzHR (or similar ATS) is a plus Excellent phone communication and ability to assess candidates quickly Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Available until 7 PM at least twice a week for interviews Why Join Us?
