Ascent will continue to work towards maintaining our commitment to those with disabilities A day in the life of an Ascent HR/Recruitment Assistant As a HR/Recruitment Assistant you will be part of a dedicated HR team supporting Recruiting Managers and the People and Culture Partners in the administration of the recruitment lifecycle. You will build relationships with your key stakeholders, owning and driving an efficient and effective recruitment process through the use of our recruitment system. Digitally aware, you will leverage tools such as our ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to drive efficiencies and enhance the recruitment process. You will: Deliver an efficient recruitment administration service – coaching recruiting managers on systems and providing administration support as required. Managing the reference and security clearance process. Issuing employment contracts and change of terms and conditions letters as well general HR administrative tasks. Supporting recruiting managers with sourcing candidates, utilising LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms. Be part of the wider HR team delivering our digital transformation programme including all HR processes. Support Initiatives to attract diverse talent pools by sourcing candidates from various platforms and promote inclusive hiring practices. What will make you successful? You will be digitally driven and love all aspects of administration and processes. You will thrive on delivering on time and providing an outstanding service to all of our customers. You will also be flexible and keen to support other HR administrative tasks including onboarding and general HR requirements. This role is 24 hours a week over 5 days however the hours per day could vary to suit the candidate and business requirements. You will be required to work from our state-of-the-art, new offices in Bristol, designed to provide a modern, vibrant and collaborative environment, a minimum of 3 days per week This is an 18-month fixed-term contract.
