About The Role
Please note this is a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.
Lloyds Clinical are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse Associate to join our team, providing high-quality care to patients in line with clinical and regulatory requirements. In this role, you will manage a caseload of patients with varying conditions, conducting thorough assessments and delivering personalised care plans. You will work collaboratively with patients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring comprehensive support and empowering patients with the knowledge and tools they need to manage their health independently.
Key responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, performing blood draws, and educating patients and caregivers on disease and medication management, lifestyle modifications, and self-care. You will be a trusted advocate, providing emotional support while ensuring the environment is safe and conducive to patient well-being. Additionally, you will maintain accurate patient records, adhere to regulatory standards, and participate in audits to ensure continuous improvement in care delivery.

About You
As a Registered Nurse Associate, you'll bring clinical experience in relevant specialties, demonstrating the ability to deliver high-quality care while making independent decisions and addressing unexpected challenges with confidence. Your strong verbal and written communication skills allow you to effectively interact with patients, families, and other healthcare providers, ensuring that all parties are informed and supported throughout the care journey.
You are passionate about empowering patients and their families, offering guidance on medications, care procedures, and disease management. You’ll be travelling between patients throughout the day, so a full UK driving licence is also essential.
