Job Title: Service Administrator Location: Cheshire Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 Job Summary: My client is a market leading business who have a branch based on the Wirral. Specialising in state-of-the-art medical equipment, cutting edge medical technology, which is sourced from Europe and supplied to many clients around the UK. They are currently seeking a skilled and organised Service Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient administrative processes and supporting various departments within the organisation. A background in relatable industry is not essential, however, having strength of multitasking, a great telephony manner and strong communication skills are critical to be successful. Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments. Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Maintain accurate records and databases. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
