Description We are seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with a particular focus on Workday. In this pivotal role, you will provide efficient administrative support to the HR team, ensuring the maintenance and amendment of Workday shell record data, while delivering a positive experience for all internal clients. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records across the business, with a focus on Workday data. Implement new processes and procedures for data maintenance within various local HR systems, including Workday in the US. Collaborate with Business and Support leads to understand staffing models and identify the necessary information for creating Workday personnel records. Accurately record all changes, moves, and transfers in relevant systems. Generate ad hoc reports as requested for the HR team and other stakeholders. Provide general administrative support within the HR team as needed. Qualifications & Experience: GCSEs or equivalent. Previous HR administration experience with a UK employer is preferred. Familiarity with financial or professional service organisations is advantageous. Essential experience with HRIS (Workday, Oracle, etc.). Proficiency in Excel, Visio, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word is essential. Knowledge & Skills: Methodical and organised approach to work. Ability to generate reports from complex data sets, with strong Excel skills being an advantage. Exceptional accuracy in all written communications. Resilient and calm under pressure. Articulate and diplomatic in all interactions. Ability to challenge and contribute effectively. Committed to supporting senior management credibly.
