Barker Ross are currently recruiting for FLT Counterbalance Drivers to work for a very desirable position based in the MK12 (Wolverton), Milton Keynes area.

Your main responsibility will be ensuring the quick and seamless distribution of goods in and around the warehouse.
A nationally accredited Counterbalance License is essential for this role.
The pay rate for this position is £14.04 p/h.
Shift Pattern:
Weekly Rotating Shifts of 06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00.
Job Duties:
1. Operating Counterbalance Forklift trucks safely and efficiently.
2. Always adhere to site health and safety.
3. Loading and unloading goods from vehicles.
4. Moving palletised goods in and around the facility.
5. Stacking goods as per inventory control instructions.
6. Equipment checks.
7. Adhoc warehouse duties.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
1. Experience working within an FLT Counterbalance role.
2. Experience operating clamp attachments will be beneficial to your application.
3. A strong understanding of health and safety procedures.
4. Excellent hand-eye coordination.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Strong attention to detail.
7. Flexibility regarding shifts, including weekends if required.
