Job Title: Customer Service and Operations Coordinator
Job Summary: This role combines customer service, administrative support, and operational tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations. The individual will be responsible for maintaining effective communication with customers, handling orders, managing inventory, and supporting the company's administrative and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Communication: Answering and responding to emails and phone inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Order Management: Picking and packing orders as needed, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch.
- Invoicing: Preparing and sending invoices to customers, ensuring proper billing and record-keeping.
- Website Management: Updating and maintaining content on the company website, ensuring it is current and accurate.
- Inventory Control: Monitoring stock levels, conducting regular stock checks, and updating inventory records.
- General Administration: Assisting with other administrative duties as required to support operational efficiency.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, organisational abilities, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Physical and Technical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the day, performing various tasks that require mobility and attention to detail.
- Capable of lifting and carrying parcels weighing up to 30kg, ensuring proper handling and safety procedures are followed during physical tasks.
- Proficiency in using basic computer systems to manage tasks such as data entry, inventory management, and communication via email or other software. Familiarity with office tools and systems is essential for completing administrative tasks efficiently.
Work Schedule:
Days of the Week: Sunday through Friday
Mid-week Day Off: A designated day off during the week, typically Wednesday or Thursday.
Working Hours: 8am - 4pm
