Please see the Job Description and Person Specification for further details, a summary is below: Collaborate closely with doctors, nurses, recovery workers, managers, and allied health colleagues to ensure a multidisciplinary approach and facilitate safe and positive outcomes for people who use our services. Conduct comprehensive assessments of people who use our services to determine appropriate treatment plans, including prescribing for opioid use disorder and alcohol detoxification and relapse prevention. Prescribe and review medications prescribed by the service following best practice guidelines. Offer health and wellbeing interventions, providing guidance and support tailored to individual needs. Facilitate BBV screening and vaccinations, contributing to the overall health improvement of service users and communities. Contribute to the review of serious incident investigations, providing expertise and insights to enhance learning and improve practice.
