Description In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide expert IT support, resolve complex issues, and ensure smooth system operations. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems, maintain high service standards, and drive IT best practices. Additionally, you will mentor colleagues, document processes, and contribute to continuous improvements in support efficiency, system reliability, and user satisfaction. Profile You will support Windows 10/11, Server (2016-2022), Linux, Microsoft 365, networking (firewalls, switches, WAP), and more. Expertise in Active Directory, VPNs, virtualisation, security tools, ITIL, and Cyber Essentials is essential. With 5 years in IT support, certifications like CompTIA A, ITIL, VMware, or Microsoft 365 are a plus but not essential.
