Job Description: Junior Customer Operations Consultant - Motion Software UK Reporting to the Operations Team Leader, the Junior Customer Operations Consultant will participate in all aspects of our customer operations including implementing and supporting our Kinetic Product. You will identify and document customer requirements, configure the solution to best meet their needs, deliver training on usage of the solution and then provide post live customer support. You will interact with our clients on-site, on-line and over the phone so you must have excellent communication skills, as well as be positive and energetic Our Head Office is in Aberdeen, Scotland but you will occasionally be required to travel to customer sites across the UK and Ireland – this is not anticipated to be on a regular basis. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Setup and configuration of Kinetic Software with support from the Operations Team Leader including creation and customisation of reports in Telerik Report Designer Maintain good communication with external Clients throughout the implementation process Deliver comprehensive product consultancy through understanding the Kinetic product features and how they can be deployed to greatest effect, while receiving guidance from senior team members Manage implementation problems and escalate as appropriate Participate in QA testing of software bugs and configuration set up Instruct and support administrators and end users in the utilization of the software, facilitating training sessions in line with their project scope Provide proactive updates to customers Take ownership of investigating and resolving Support tickets to ensure customer satisfaction Manage ticket resolution and the allocation of tickets via regular triage and/or escalation, within operational targets and SLA’s Assist with maintaining existing product documentation Identify and propose application changes, enhancements, and developments from incoming Support requests JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent communicator Logical and analytical, with a methodical approach to problem-solving Quality-focused and customer-focused with ability to prioritise and good attention to detail.
