About the Role
Join our vibrant team at Tutorful as we strive to transform the landscape of personalised education across the UK. As a CRM Executive / Senior CRM Executive, you will play a crucial role in our customer relationship strategies, focusing on implementing and optimising customer engagement campaigns through our Braze platform. This position is central to driving customer retention, engagement, and growth - ultimately influencing the way UK families access quality educational support.
Key Responsibilities
* Campaign Execution and Optimisation: Implement and optimise CRM campaigns covering the entire customer lifecycle, from acquisition through to retention, ensuring high levels of engagement and conversion.
* Braze Platform Mastery: Utilise an in-depth knowledge of the Braze platform for efficient strategy execution. Propel our CRM initiatives through proficient use of Braze’s optimisation and automation capabilities.
* Data-Driven Personalisation: Develop and execute data-driven segmentation and personalised communication flows. Employ Braze to tailor communications that resonate with distinct customer segments.
* Collaboration for Optimised User Experiences: Work closely with the Growth, Marketing, Data, and Product teams to refine and optimise user experiences, contributing to broader company objectives.
* Testing and Learning: Lead continuous testing strategies to enhance the effectiveness of customer communications. Analyse results, iterate, and apply learnings to improve campaign performance.
* Customer Data Management: Ensure best practices in managing customer data within Braze, aligning with privacy compliance and organisational standards.
Requirements
* 2-5 years CRM experience
* Professional Experience: Demonstrable experience in CRM, specifically with hands-on proficiency in executing and optimising campaigns on Braze.
* Technical Skillset: Strong technical background with an understanding of Braze alongside marketing automation platforms, and customer analytics.
* Analytical Mindset: Capability to analyse campaign data to inform decisions and improve customer engagement strategies.
* Collaborative Spirit: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
* Adaptability: Comfort navigating a rapidly changing environment and willingness to explore new strategies and technologies.
* UK resident with existing permission to work in the UK

* Delivery of robust reporting and measurement where people are made accountable for KPIs
* High rates of utilisation of segmented data and customer data in CRM and customer comms – delivering higher rates of response, higher revenue and more loyalty
