Often, Teachers use this as a 'try before you buy' and roles develop from daily, to long-term, to permanent. Work is often, but not guaranteed, to be set for the day and marking is limited to what you have taught during the day. You are able to feed back to your Consultant your preferences of schools you have enjoyed and wish to return to and schools you would prefer not. Requirements of the Supply Teacher role: QTS Degree in relevant subject Clear communicator Hold an Enhanced DBS or willing to obtain one Summary of the Supply Teacher role: Monday- Friday Full-time or part-time 30am-3.30pm Term-time only Edenbridge, Kent but ability to travel is advantageous £130-£150 per day for daily supply.
