About the role Title – Security Officer Pay Rate – £12.75 Location – Ipswich Shift Timings – 4 on 2 Off Days & Nights (06:00 – 18:00 & 18:00 – 06:00) SIA Licence is required You will be working in a corporate setting based in a head office of a well known company which deals with manned guarding, reception security, mobile patrols in city centres. For this role, you will be responsible for controlling the access and egress of the site, as well as providing both safety and security for staff and visitors. As this is a front of house role, the right candidate must be confident in their ability to affectively communicate in a polite and professional manor. What will you get in return? As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Monitoring and responding to all CCTV alarms generated on our clients Site Producing and Sending incident reports to high management and clients Responding and dispatching mobile drivers or police to keyholding requests Incident Reporting – Liaising with clients regarding on-site incidents, following escalation processes and procures, as necessary Taking Incoming calls from various third parties, clients and management The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria: SIA licensed essential.
