Job Title: Casual Dance Coach (West London & Spelthorne)

General Trust Accountabilities:
* To ensure compliance with all relevant policies, including health and safety and safeguarding policies.
* To build and maintain good working relationships both internally and externally.
* To maintain a flexible approach to work at all times.
Main Purpose of Job:
To provide Pre-school Dance, Curriculum Dance and extra-curricular Dance sessions to children and young people. The post holder needs to be flexible and may work irregular hours (e.g., evenings).
Responsibilities:
* To deliver Dance sessions with flexibility based on participants' needs.
* Create a safe and fun environment for all participants.
* Develop relationships with participants and key partners to ensure effective session delivery.
* Keep up to date monitoring including registers and risk assessments.
* Ensure all equipment is available and well maintained.
* Provide feedback to teachers, coaches, and parents where appropriate.
* Act as a point of contact in emergency situations.
* Report any safeguarding concerns promptly.
Key Internal Relationships:
* Gymnastics Lead and coaching team.
* Senior Dance Coach
* Personal experience as a dancer or dance teaching.
Minimum Requirements:
* Experience in planning and delivering dance sessions.
* Current DBS and safeguarding certification.
* Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Willing to lead and be fully involved in lessons.
* Flexible to work outside normal office hours.
* Minimum 12 months’ experience in delivering coaching sessions.

* Dedicated to continuous personal and professional development.
