ABOUT THE ROLE
1. To ensure and maintain the resident liaison daily diary, record any incidents, and record all appointments.
2. Investigate, register all complaints and report in accordance with company and client procedures. Ensure all MP, Councillor enquiries and complaints are investigated and resolved efficiently and within target and advising residents and clients of their outcomes
3. Understand the works, programme and scope of works.
4. Provide site reports and updates for client and site management.
5. Prepare and distribute all communications to residents.
6. Establish a resident’s charter, maintain files, keep a log of complaints and any query’s that would come in.
7. Compile, devise and implement procedures and administration to compliment your role.
8. Be available for residents’ meetings, and meetings with the client as and when.
9. Site meetings
10. Housing officers, estate developments or joint management board meetings.
11. Carry out pre visits to each neighbouring resident to explain the planned works and assist them in understanding the process.
12. Letter process for the neighbouring property’s explaining all works.
13. Regular checks on residents throughout the day and the end of the working day
14. Any claims, compensation and complaints are dealt within a time scale and with care
15. Social value tasks including school visits and talks
REQUIREMENTS

17. Excellent verbal & written communication skills
18. Self-motivated and enthusiastic and able to work under own initiative
19. Listening skills and the ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding.
20. Capable of conveying accurate information
21. Desire to be an ambassador for the Company
22. Excellent presentation skills (both formally and informally)

REWARDS AND BENEFITS
The salary will be dependent on level of exposure to industry. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary up to £40,000 plus a car allowance and travel expenses.
