To oversee the delivery of small works throughout the Co-op estate in compliance with the specification and timescales in accordance with company policy and procedure.
Principle Accountabilities:
1. Represent the company in a professional manner at all times and develop a good working relationship with CBES and Co-op colleagues.
2. Assist the FM Contract Manager in the overall management of the contract.
3. Management of the Small Works Team.
4. Management of all estimated works which are sent by the Client.
5. Contractor Management on estimated works.
6. Reporting on Small Works Activities to internal team and client.
7. Weekly reporting on small works delivery and projected small works.
8. Supervision of field engineers activity via the FM Supervisors to ensure the delivery of small works.
9. Organising site inspections to oversee estimates, planned and completed works onsite.
10. Organising pre-start meetings.
11. Reviewing Risk Assessments and Method Statements prior to submission.
12. Allocation and Review of Small Works Plans, CDM & Construction Phase Plans.
13. Comply with any other reasonable request or instruction from the FM Contracts Manager.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
1. Monthly report to FM Contracts Manager.
2. Customer/colleague relationships and feedback.
3. Management of the Small Works Team.
4. Compliance with Health and Safety policy.
