You'll be responsible for supporting the accurate and timely financial administration of the Mess, including billing, debtor/creditor management, and customer service. What You'll Do: Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records using internal systems Produce and issue monthly mess bills on time Allocate and reconcile Direct Debits and cash payments Maintain debtor and creditor ledgers to support effective cash flow Respond to mess member queries promptly and professionally Maintain accurate mess membership lists (joiners, leavers) import EPOS sales, monthly charges, and function charges Manage private function billing (quotes, invoices, payment links) and process related forms Ensure secure storage and banking of cash/cheques in line with procedures Generate and send reports to stakeholders and clients Experience Required: Minimum AAT Level 2 Qualification Previous experience in transactional finance or accounts support Excellent literacy and numeracy Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry What we offer: Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.You’ll belong in a company and team that values you for you; you’ll act with purpose and have an impact through your everyday actions; and you’ll be able to thrive in your own way.
