We have a great opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our flagship dealership in Stockport.This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week with a salary of 21,980You will be:Managing supplier relationships, ensuring all statements are reconciled monthly.Entering details into the accounting system ensuring that they are posted to the correct account.Registering all purchases and prepare on a monthly basis an analysis of the purchase ledger and ensure it reconciles with supplier statements resolving any queries which may arise.Ensuring any credits are actioned as appropriate and that the necessary accounts are amended.Obtaining necessary sign off for cheques and ensure despatch.Managing the process of passing of Invoices for payment.Providing support to other finance functions as required.You will have:Previous Purchase Ledger experience essentialKerridge experience preferable.Excellent numerical and administrative abilityExcellent communication skillsAbility to cope under pressureAbility to work as a teamIT LiterateLSH Auto is proud to be part of a respected and world-renowned premium car dealership that dates back over 45 years.
