Guttercrest Ltd is a British designer and manufacturer of Building Products, currently looking to recruit a Receptionist/Office Administrator to join their team.
We require a Full Time /Receptionist/Office Administrator to work primarily between Monday to Friday within a Sales Office Department. We are looking for somebody who will fit in to our small team really well. Somebody who is fairly laid back with a good sense of humour but also knows there is a time and a place to be professional. We are looking for somebody who can multitask whilst paying good attention to detail. We as a team have a reputation for being warm and welcoming to our customers and we are very proud of this.
As a Receptionist/Administrator, you are the forefront of Guttercrest and often the first point of contact both in person and on the telephone for customers making enquiries.
Ideally you will be somebody who has experience of working within a busy Reception office/customer service setting. This means you will also have skills in using Word, Excel and Outlook and CRM systems (training will be given)
You will also need to keep a cool head under pressure and adhere to strict customer confidentiality rules. Other duties involved in this role are supporting other areas of the department for holidays/sickness. This really is a very hands on role which requires lots of multitasking on times.
