Here at SAMpeople we have a really exciting opportunity for someone to join our Apprenticeship programme within our Sales and Marketing team, working towards a qualification (L3 Business Admin) whilst playing a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company's commercial sales and marketing functions. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Sales & Marketing apprentice to join the team and develop their skills in this fast-paced and rewarding industry. The Role You'll gain hands on experience in both our sales and marketing functions, using your organisational skills and attention to detail to support the day tp day activities across this department. Some of the things you can expect to be doing are: - Organising and maintaining digital files and physical files (our current CRM systems are Hubspot and Salesforcebut we'll show you how to use those) - Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls and correspondence with professionalism. - Conducting data entry and maintain accurate records - Managing our inbox enquiries and allocating tasks to the correct stakeholders. - Perform various administrative tasks to support the sales and marketing operations. - Performing Data entry Tasks onto CRM systems - Assist with data collection, cleaning, and validation - Pull any information for reporting, when required - Create LinkedIn post content for our Sales Development Reps (SDRs) What we're looking for In order to be a real success in this role, we'll be looking for candidates who have: - Strong administrative and organisational abilities - Good communication skills and the ability to speak to customers and stakeholders confidently and professionally. - Proficient in clerical tasks and office procedures - Ability to work independently if required. - Excellent computer skills for data entry and document management - Great on the phones; confident and with good etiquette and professional communication - Familiarity with Google Suite, Microsoft packages including Word and Excel This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career within the Tech world and for a company that is growing rapidly and enjoying great success
