A leading international Architectural firm in the City is seeking an Admin Assistant. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of administrative experience in a professional services company and will possess excellent organisational and communication skills.
Duties:
1. Managing and coordinating calendars of Senior Managers.
2. Arranging international travel and handling visa applications.
Working as an Administrator in beautiful offices in the City, you will enjoy being part of a leading international Architectural practice that has managed many international projects.
This role is 5 days office-based from 9 AM to 5:30 PM in a friendly, supportive, professional environment.
