The Company:

The role:
* Be a player/coach, leading and mentoring a successful team of 15 to meet and exceed sales targets
* Promote a high-performance culture by implementing effective sales strategies and methodologies such as MEDDICC
* Own the 360 sales process for enterprise level deals, building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders and ensuring robust pipeline management
About you:
* Credible team management of at least 6 sales professionals in a player/coach role, evidencing increased performance and quota attainment
* At least 3+ years B2B PropTech SaaS sales experience
* A proven track-record of managing complex sales cycles and closing £100k+ deals
