They are now looking to expand their team with Associate Director who will assist in leading the internal insight function:
KEY DUTIES
* Utilise data to explore research and insight needs for customers
* Assist and help define the strategic account plan with the commercial lead
* Create impactful stories based on data delivered in high-quality presentations for customers
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Previous experience utilising quantitative and qualitative methodologies within social housing
* Previous proven ability to engage with customers at a C-Suite level
* Experience with statistical methods and tools to include SPSS and R
