Our client who specializes in providing life insurance products is looking for a new team member to join an existing busy sales team. Supporting the Sales Executives, you will be working on new data provided by the company. You will speak to and qualify leads before passing them to the Sales Executives to sell the products.
Previous experience in lead generation would be ideal, and a professional persona is required.
Duties
* Receiving data and maintaining accurate records regarding contacts and development
* Making outbound calls to potential customers to qualify requirements
* Arrange and make callback calls at a pre-arranged time
* Work well with Sales teams and support as required
Skills and Experience
* Previous outbound B2C or lead generation experience is required
* Be professional and have the ability to follow scripts and guidelines
* Able to maintain data and reports on KPIs
* Be resilient and driven with the ability to work independently
Working hours
9 am – 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday
