Support Engineer: Office, O, Teams, Exchange, Outlook, Intune, Troubleshoot
Our Client is looking for a Support Engineer with a high level of knowledge and experience in troubleshooting of the Office suite of applications.

Pay Rate: £/day (PLEASE NOTE: Employer NI is paid for by the client)
Total Daily Earnings: £/day (includes rolled up holiday)
IR35 Status: Inside
Location: Edinburgh
Requirements:
1. High level of knowledge and experience troubleshooting O applications, Teams, Outlook/Exchange and the rest of the Office suite of applications.
2. Experience with hardware issues and surface pro.
3. Intune
4. Azure Multi Factor Authentication
5. Citrix Workspace
6. iPhones
7. Surface Pro and Docking stations
8. SharePoint knowledge
Soft Skills:
9. Flexible approach and ability to work co-operatively within a newly created team environment
10. Should be a self-starter and be able to perform quality assurance and control to create technical deliverables that are error free/with minimal non-functional defects.
11. Experience in operationally supporting large, complex technical environment.
12. Methodical and structured in their approach to tasks.
13. Capability to organise and prioritise tasks
14. Strong interpersonal skills to establish/maintain relationships and interact with team members
15. Strong organisation and time management skills
16. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
