You’ll be leading the day-to-day operations of the estate, ensuring that we’re warm and welcoming, safe and secure. This includes line management of a team including Visitor Experience and Welcome, Facilities and Business Services, and Volunteering and Community. You’ll lead for exceptional everyday experiences for our visitors, health and safety and the smooth running of our visitor business. As a key part of the Blickling Leadership Team, you’ll have the support of other ambitious, creative, and collaborative colleagues, helping us to deliver our aims of welcoming everyone and putting conservation at the heart of all we do. You’ll work closely with the General Manager and other teams to develop estate-wide strategies and long-term planning for our future. This two-year fixed term role offers the opportunity to develop new approaches to the way we work as we start planning for exciting changes in our approaches to conservation, climate adaptation, access and visitor experiences.
