Teaching Tomorrow are working with a good primary school in Aylesbury that are looking for a full-time teaching assistant to start in September. This role would be working across Key stage 1 and Key Stage two.
We are seeking a teaching assistant in Aylesbury who is enthusiastic about making a difference in primary schools starting immediately. As a teaching assistant you will have a genuine passion for working with children, supporting their learning, and helping them achieve their potential. Being adaptable is essential, as you will work in various classroom environments and seamlessly integrate into new teams.
As a teaching assistant you will support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons, assisting in creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued. You may work with individual students or small groups providing additional support and assistance where needed.
Requirements:
-Previous experience working with children
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
-Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children with diverse learning needs.
-Ability to adapt to the individual needs and learning styles of students.
-A commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
