Role Description LV Broker has been part of the Allianz family since 2020. By moving to the Allianz brand, we’re bringing the world's 1 insurance brand to the UK’s Personal Lines Motor and Home broker market. We have a fantastic internal Full Time opportunity to join our Personal Lines Broker Marketing team as a Personal Assistant. The Personal Assistant will provide full PA support to the Marketing & Customer Director and the Director of Broker Strategy & Change to ensure they are prepared and organised accordingly, to deliver their business objectives. The role will also involve working closely with and, where appropriate, supporting additional management in their team, internal clients including other Allianz OEs and external parties. Your focus: Manages the Executive’s diary ensuring all meetings are scheduled, travel logistics arranged and corporate planning timescales are met. Provides full administrative support to the Executive and support for other Executives in the absence of their PAs to ensure work is covered appropriately. Anticipates and fulfils the needs and requirements for meetings and conferences (including webinars etc). Ensures key meeting reports, minutes, slide packs/meeting papers, action updates and presentations are completed and issued in good time. Handles confidential data on behalf of the Executive in a sensitive manner. Ensures that the team meets the regulatory requirements in all aspects including the Gifts and Hospitality Register. Prepares and processes invoices for authorisation. Gathers and prepares expense claims on behalf of the Executive. Drives and ensures that communications from the Senior Manager (blogs, intranet content, including organisation charts and distribution lists) are always kept up-to-date. Provides cover for other PAs when required. You will have experience working with various electronic systems and reporting tools.
