This travel retailer is looking for an operations manager to join its dynamic team based at Gatwick Airport. The company creates a fast paced, high sales revenue environment making the operation manager role key for the business. The company are looking for a candidate with great people and coaching skills who can motivate their team whilst maintaining effective stock replenishment, operational strategy, promotional set ups, health & safety and general merchandising. The ideal candidate will have previous retail leadership experience and can demonstrate great collaboration and planning skills. Experience working in a fast paced, retail, high sales environment would definitely be an advantage, where you can demonstrate strong stock management, planning and replenishment.
