Drama/Arts Teacher – Role Information:
1. Monitoring student behaviour and offering constructive feedback to enhance classroom conduct and artistic development
2. Providing targeted support to students who need additional assistance in drama or the arts
3. Promoting a safe and respectful classroom environment, ensuring that students engage in responsible and respectful creative practices
4. Working hours: 08:00am – 16:00pm
5. Full-time, Monday to Friday role – Contracted until July 2025
6. Supporting students across KS3, and KS4

Drama/Arts Teacher – Applicant Requirements :
11. A 2:1 or higher degree in Science from a UK based University, with a strong understanding of child development
12. Flexibility in adapting teaching strategies based on student progress and challenges in artistic development
13. Demonstrating a passion for the arts, inspiring students to cultivate a deeper interest and appreciation for drama and performance
14. Managing challenging behaviour in drama classes, ensuring a positive and focused learning environment that encourages creativity
