About The Role As the Surveying Manager, you will coordinate inspections and surveys of both occupied and void properties, ensuring reports of property disrepair are acted upon in a timely and effective manner, and drive efficiencies through effective communications and negotiations, work prioritisation and by managing people resource to meet fluctuating levels of demand and customer requirements. You will be responsible for the timely review and approval of work, quality standards, and identifying and recommending opportunities to enable tenants to remain independent and sustain their tenancies. About You Putting our tenants at the heart of all you do comes naturally to you. You will have extensive management experience of repairs and maintenance services and managing multi- disciplinary repairs delivery teams. Taking the lead in the implementation and monitoring of contractor performance in repairs and maintenance and voids service delivery, you will analyse data and make informed recommendations which positively drive operational improvements and creative solutions. Educated to Degree level (or equivalent) in a relevant Surveying/Building Studies/Construction qualification, you will be able to demonstrate your commitment to professional personal development and continuous learning.
