What you will be doing: The key accountabilities of the Procurement Data Leader role are: Processes and Procedures - Support the development, improvement and deployment of global purchasing processes, policies, templates and tools across the Procurement function. Change Management and engagement – Support the development and deployment of functional change management and improvement projects across the Procurement function, with a focus on improving the skills & capabilities of Procurement at both an individual and functional level. Reporting – Support, co-ordinate and improve reporting and data integrity as per the requirements of the function with a focus on digitalisation. Programme management - Provide structure and governance to ensure the effective deployment of projects. Must be able to develop comprehensive workable issue solutions in complex situations. Stakeholder Management - Nurture effective relationships with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external to the function in order to integrate functional priorities. Degree in a relevant field or CIPS qualification alongside significant functional procurement experience. A proven record of delivering results across change and improvement programmes. Working across different areas of the business to collaborate with stakeholders and influence without authority. Developing and improving procurement processes, systems and data and a good understanding of future trends for Procurement. Programme and project management experience would be advantageous.
