This role as a Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant at a wonderful primary school in Colindale could be your next rewarding opportunity! As a Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant, you’ll be a crucial member of the support team, focused on providing interventions and booster sessions that help students excel academically.
Your role will involve working closely with children preparing for their SATs, supporting low-achieving students, and assisting EAL learners who require additional guidance. You’ll work in small groups or one-on-one sessions, adapting your approach to meet each student’s needs and celebrate their progress.
Your support will help develop students’ confidence and understanding in core subjects, allowing them to reach their full potential. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and finds fulfillment in encouraging children through challenges and milestones alike.
Application Requirements:
• Experience working with children in an educational or similar setting (KS2 experience preferred).
• Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude toward diverse learning styles.
• Knowledge of intervention strategies for SATs preparation and language support.

• Excellent communication skills with students, staff, and parents alike.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver small group and one-on-one booster sessions, focusing on SATs preparation.
