* Part time - Corporate Receptionist / Administrator
* Wednesday to Friday – 15 hours per week
* 08:00 - 13:30

Job Overview
* Working as part of a 5* Mitie team, you will be the face of the workspace by delivering a first-class service throughout the facility. Ensuring all customer requests and site activities are carried out efficiently and effectively whilst providing an exceptional customer experience for all whom reside or visit the Phoenix Group premises by consistently delivering operational activity of the highest standard.
Main Duties
* Ensure that all reception and security operations run smoothly on a day to day basis.
* Maintain the Reception area to the highest standards, taking ownership for your environment and raising any job requests to repair faults and issues.
* Ensure an exceptional, memorable experience for all clients.
* Manage all incoming calls professionally, quickly, and efficiently.
* Ensure all visitors are greeted professionally and courteously at all times.
* Check, validate, and record all visitor contact details and issue security passes to external guests/contractors.
* Maintain a high level of security throughout our reception at all times, escalating any breaches immediately.
* Support the Service Level Agreement by ensuring all Customer Support activities are carried out effectively.
* Assist colleagues willingly and positively, including with other duties as required.
* Coordinate a taxi booking service.
* Provide outstanding customer service that meets or exceeds client expectations.
* Take reasonable care for your own health & safety and that of others affected by your actions.
* Maintain a professional appearance, ensuring uniform is worn correctly.
* Liaise with customers through verbal and written communication, proactively engaging and building relationships.
* Promote a safe working environment and report any accidents or near misses to Mitie representatives.
* Acquire a good knowledge of all on-site services to advise individual customers according to their needs.
* Report health and safety issues, including accidents and near misses to Mitie representatives.
* Play a key role in obtaining Hospitality Assured status for the contract team.
