We are seeking an experienced Fire & Security Installation Project Supervisor to bring their expertise to our vibrant team. The Role As a Fire and Security Installation Project Supervisor you will lead a team of skilled field-based engineers, driving the successful installation of cutting-edge fire and security systems. Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of a team of field-based installation engineers. Oversee the Installation of new security systems, along with maintenance and fault finding of existing systems. Inspire mentor and motive apprentices, contributing to their development and growth Consistently deliver outstanding service to clients, ensuring satisfaction at every step. Ensure compliance with the statutory legal requirements related to fire safety, health and safety and environmental regulations. Monitor and ensure the timely completion of all required paperwork. Adhere to health and safety requirements at all times, promoting a safe working environment. Participate in the on-call rota as required, supporting clients and team members as needed. Who Are We looking for? We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Fire and Security Installation Project Supervisor with a passion for delivering excellent. The ideal candidate will have: Extensive hands-on experience with the installation, repair and maintenance of fire and security systems. Strong technical knowledge of Intruder Alarms, Fire Alarms and CCTV systems. Ability to supervise inspire and mentor a team of engineers and apprentices Strong organisational skills In depth understanding of fire safety regulations and health and safety standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, solution-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
