Due to the expansion of a very busy admin department with a local client of ours, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an administrative assistant to join a well-established business in the Halesowen area.
Job description:
7. Data Inputting
8. Opening new records and sending initial letters to clients, accountants and banks
9. Obtaining ID from clients and completing anti-money laundering checks
10. Closing files/records
11. Archiving and Retrieval of files
12. Scanning and Photocopying
13. Postal Duties
14. Providing support to the accountancy teams
15. Sending bills and accounts
16. Completing ad-hoc admin requests for the senior management teams
Skills required:
17. An understanding and experience of working with databases (Training provided)
18. Excellent written and oral communication skills
19. Excellent telephone manner
20. Accuracy and attention to detail are a fundamental part to this role
21. Happy to integrate into a busy team environment; able to support wherever needed.
22. The ability to work under own initiative and manage time effectively.
23. Must have a positive mindset, can-do attitude
24. Be organised, methodical, adaptable and know how to prioritise work
25. Must be computer literate, and have previously used MS Office, with excellentkeyboard skills
