Sales Administrator / Sales Coordinator
I am looking for a Sales Administrator / Sales Coordinator based in Coventry to provide professional administrative and back office support to the Commercial & Technical team. The role will involve reporting to the Director and working closely with the commercial administration and commercial support manager.
Responsibilities:
1. Management and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
2. Issuing and tracking of customer quotations.
3. Administration and pricing of cement and cash sale enquiries.
4. Customer contact data management including market mapping, competitor activities and NPS contacts.
5. Supporting and promoting the client's onboarding and adoption.
6. Maintenance of product information and marketing materials on customer information hubs.
7. Complaint logging & tracking.
Requirements:
1. Relevant exposure in a related sector/business giving general business and administration support.
2. Experience in process design and efficiency.
3. Strong IT skills including experience.
4. Full UK driving licence.
