As the HR People Manager, you will lead the people strategy for our Lexington and Elior London sites, supporting around 1,500 colleagues across 150 locations. Based in the heart of London, this diverse, generalist role provides an exciting opportunity to make a real difference across Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Employee Relations. You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver a seamless and engaging employee experience while supporting the business's strategic goals.
This is a fixed-term contract ending on 30 September 2025, offering the chance to drive impactful change within a defined timeline.
What you’ll be doing...
* Partnering with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
* Leading Talent Management and Succession Planning initiatives to foster growth and progression.
* Designing and delivering innovative engagement programmes that promote inclusivity and embed company values.
* Developing tailored Learning & Development solutions to address specific training needs.
* Providing expert advice on complex Employee Relations cases, including tribunals.
* Ensuring smooth employee transitions under TUPE regulations with full compliance and engagement.
* Analysing data to monitor key metrics, identify trends, and propose effective solutions.

* Degree-qualified, with CIPD Level 5 or equivalent (highly desirable).
* Expertise in managing TUPE processes and experience in multi-site operations, ideally within retail or hospitality.
* Familiarity with HR systems such as Dayforce or Talent Toolbox (Korero).
