Responsibilities of Art Teacher:
• Plan and deliver imaginative Art lessons in alignment with the curriculum.
• Develop and adapt the Art syllabus to cater to Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
• Provide individual and small group support to students, including those with SEND needs.
• Foster creativity and self-expression through diverse artistic techniques.
• Assess and track students' progress, offering constructive feedback and guidance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a cohesive and engaging learning environment.
Job Requirements for Art Teacher:
• QTS, PGCE, NQT, or ECT is required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Art or a related field.
• Previous experience as an Art Teacher in a secondary school setting.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for teaching Art.
• Ability to engage and inspire students with varying learning needs, including those with SEND.
