About the role: As an Account Manager at SupplyBank you will be a key strategic partner to your MAT delivering business growth through retaining, nurturing and growing this relationship and ensuring their schools recruitment needs are met effectively and efficiently. Working in Partnership with a large MAT covering North West England, you regularly be on site in schools in areas such as Merseyside, Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Shropshire. You will be liaising daily with a range of key stakeholder across the trust, and their schools from CEO and CFOs, to finance, Head Teachers and Business Managers. You will also be working with our SEG branches for Teaching Personnel and Protocol Education as well as third party suppliers when needed to ensure that the standards you set are upheld to ensure the continued success of your partnership. You will have a Delivery Consultant reporting into you, who will provide support in the recruitment and retention of high quality Educations, you will be responsible for line managing, coaching and developing this person in line with their expectations. Key responsibilities: Ensure that the highest levels of safeguarding and child and vulnerable adult protection are maintained at all times in line with our Child and Vulnerable Adult Protection Policy and also in line with Keeping children safe in education national guidelines. Engage and own the relationship with the key contacts across the schools to manage the supply recruitment needs and performance. Proactively manage all recruitment requirements for the MAT ensuring that all roles receive the required recruitment delivery to meet the fulfilment expectations. Identify where there are educator shortages and implement effective recruitment and marketing plans to increase the number, type, and utilisation to have full coverage of assigned MAT. Own the SupplyBank programme use of the Vendor Management System (VMS) for the programme, supported by the hiring desk systems team. Effectively generate, analyse and be able to report on key data, statistics, and information about own performance Analyse client usage data and feedback to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for growth. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services. About you: A confident communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, you will be an experienced people manager and Education Recruiter. You will have exceptional attention to detail and be organised and self-motivated. You will thrive on regular feedback and service reviews with your clients.
