Our Warehouse teams are the heartbeat of Smiths News. To ensure our warehouse departments run smoothly, our Team Leaders play a key part in ensuring accuracy, efficiency and productivity across their departments and warehouses. We are now seeking Operations Team Leaders, these are newly created roles in our Oxford location.
As our Operations Team Leader you’ll be responsible for planning and resourcing the warehouse operation to ensure pack accuracy of our products and efficient management products to the department. You will also ensure that a high level of health and safety, compliance with company policy and transport legislation is adhered to at all times.

About you
You’ll have:
Excellent communication & teamwork skills
Strong computer skills, including proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
It is a requirement to be able to drive a forklift, as part of the warehouse duties, full training will be given to achieve FLT (forklift) licence
