Sales & Showroom Coordinator - Wholesale Full-time (Hybrid) South-West London Purpose of the role: Crew Wholesale team are critical to the success of delivering Crew’s Multi Channel Strategy. The Sales & Showroom Coordinator will be responsible for tracking wholesale orders and communicating with our Logistics team. They will Oversee the Prime and Off price customer relations and head office / London showroom. Responsibilities: Manage all customer accounts effectively within the system to ensure trading terms are correct. Identifying incremental business opportunities within the UK. Ensuring all sales orders are raised correctly in matching with Purchase orders raised on the system. Monitor customer sales performance and sales patterns to service their requirements effectively. Working closely with the product and merchandise team to ensure orders are collated, placed, and delivered on time. Producing and sending out weekly stock reports Supporting accounts with marketing material / seasonal photography. Working alongside the product, merchandising and QA team to ensure garment quality and delivery are as per the customers’ requirements. Negotiating with customers on prices, payment terms and delivery to ensure that sales and margin are achieved. Highlight product delays to Wholesale Team Establish and maintain working partnerships alongside buying team with the existing and future supplier base Ensuring all departments within Crew Clothing team are aware of customer and supplier procedures covering IT / Importing & Exporting Logistics / Finance / QA /Warehousing departments, to be reviewed and updated seasonally. Preparation of showroom for Sales meetings in season and seasonal go to market dates. Planning and execution of trade shows. Attend Sales meeting where necessary to support Head of Buying and Head of Wholesale. Management of samples across Prime and Off-price business for the partners and agents. Bookings of sales appointments. Maintain strong customer / supplier relationships. Key Performance Indicators: Regular comms with customers and suppliers. On time delivery of goods to customers.
