Our client, based in South Yorkshire, requires a repairs assistant/coordinator to join their team on an ongoing, temporary basis.
£14ph to £16ph dependent on pay type.
This is an ongoing, office-based, temporary placement, ASAP start.
Your new role
You will work on various projects dealing with issues/complaints from residents in the repairs office.
You will be required to log calls from clients and tenants, making inward and outward calls as required.
Answering the phone, dealing with repairs issues, and engaging with the maintenance team around appropriate responses.
Planning and scheduling repairs.
This role is 37 hours a week.
Monday to Friday between 8:30am-4:30pm.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience working in a social housing/maintenance/scheduling environment.
Good customer service and IT skills.
