We are seeking an enthusiastic Pastoral and Personal Development Tutor to work with students whilst on their main programme of study in designated time slots linked to the pastoral and personal development course specifications which have been written to support our students in understanding key social issues, career readiness and prepare for the world of work. Skills we are looking for: • A recognised coaching, teaching or assessing qualification. • Literacy and Numeracy qualifications to at least level 2 or equivalent. • Experience of working with young adults. Responsibilities for the role: • To deliver group awareness sessions to young people on a full-time study programme in line with the college pastoral and personal development course specifications. • To support Programme Leaders in the monitoring and measurement of student attendance and progression within the personal development element of the programme.
