Minimum of 5 years onsite as FLEXCUBE technical lead and 15+ years of relevant technical consulting for implementation or production support experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE used for Core Banking, General Ledger & MIS calculation, Liquidity Management, Interest & Charges, Loans and Deposits, FLEXCUBE Payment offerings using Fund Transfer, Payment & Collection, Payment Workflow for ACH, RTGS, SEPA and Instance payment in a tier 1 bank.
3. A deep knowledge of FLEXCUBE Technical and Functional Architecture and data flow along with solid experience of Application Performance optimization, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Java, WebLogic, Middleware integration using WebLogic, JMS, Tibco and Emerging technologies such as Kafka and microservices.
4. Ability to effectively communicate with all parties, including customer executives, internal cross-functional teams, and partners.
Profile & Responsibilities: -
The role is for onsite technical and functional delivery lead supporting Citibank Transaction Services ecosystem and cross application data flow. A sound knowledge of FLEXCUBE and a proven experience is mandatory to avoid impact to customer’s complex SLA based business and regulatory submissions. You have proven experience and deep technical and functional knowledge of FLEXCUBE Core Banking, General Ledger & MIS, Liquidity Management offering, Interest & Charges, Payment offerings using Fund Transfer, Payment & Collection, Payment Workflow for ACH, RTGS, SEPA and Instance payment. Additionally, a deep understanding of FLEXCUBE internal architecture, database performance tuning experience are highly desirable attributes.
As a recognized and experience Technical Lead you will provide technical and functional support as last line of defence for any SLA breaches to globally distributed team on 24x7 basis for an extremely complex FLEXCUBE installations in fifty-two countries. You will ensure deliverables from the team meet Oracle and customer standards, manage project, and resource expectations, and provide appropriate training to deliver high-quality services and achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
You will need to effectively influence customer decisions in favour of Oracle, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and help the sales team materialize them with quality inputs. You will collaborate with other offshore and regional teams to ensure timely delivery of project and initiatives and propagate these improvements to other regions, track and present these efficiency and value-added gains to the customer periodically.
You are comfortable working in a matrix management environment and have proven communication and interpersonal skills to deal with complex groups of stakeholders, internal and external management including internal players and third parties engaged in the project.
The main objectives of this role are to:

Provide round-the-clock FLEXCUBE-specific technical and functional services to an extremely demanding customer for an extremely complex production environment across 50+ countries in EMEA as last line of escalation. Your next level escalation is Consulting Practice Director of the account and then to relationship management.
6. Serve as the single point of contact for all customer escalations related to technical and functional queries assigned to the managed services team.
7. Address technical and functional issues escalated from Level 2 and Level 3 production support.
8. Develop and maintain long-term valued relationships with clients, setting up and successfully managing customer expectations on an ongoing basis.
9. Ensure the delivery of high-quality and appropriate solutions to avoid rework, and adherence to operational policies and methodology.
10. Manage project resources, budget, and finances. Assure project delivery to approved financial targets (project margin responsibility).
11. Lead a geographically distributed team of very senior consultants from Oracle and partner with third parties and customers as needed.
12. Provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to develop team members' skills.
13. Report to the Internal Practice Director for overall performance and project delivery responsibilities in managed services projects.
14. Report to the client SVP for the customer’s project, within the context of managed services project objectives and deliverables.
15. Define the scope, expectations, and approach for solutions to customer requests, then establish and maintain stakeholder commitment to this approach.
16. Provide leadership, motivation, and direction for the project team.
17. Directly manage the performance of consultants on the project.
18. Control resource utilization and project expenditure.
19. Commission and respond to requests for appropriate levels of project health-checks, quality audits, and external technical reviews; and complete any actions assigned by the governance team.
20. Produce regular and accurate progress and governance reports for the client’s management and Oracle Directors.
21. Escalate issues to the appropriate level of management in Oracle and the client organization, as necessary.
22. Seek opportunities to develop new Oracle business with the client, based on a deep understanding of the client’s business, identifying, and communicating such opportunities to Sales Management.
23. Ensure clients are satisfied with the delivered project.
24. Communicate within Oracle the lessons learned on any project.
25. Communicate with Resourcing about current activity and ensure availability and accountability.
26. Regularly update the client on progress against the plan and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
