The team has a broad range of clients, particularly in the space of trading and leisure, and a long history of covering valuation services for those clients in the North West. * Alternatives; our alternative valuers carry out valuations for loan security, portfolio valuations, financial reporting, disposal, acquisition, compensation, property litigation, and taxation purposes.
* Company accounts valuation; providing clients with a comprehensive and accurate report on the value of their property assets.
* Diminution in value; providing accurate, independent advice on valuation in dilapidation disputes and in situations such as claims of negligence in conveyancing.
